The Customer Care Program was a launch-in-a-box.  For this project Jo Throckmorton of Blue Ace Media conceived and provided the following services:

·   Creative Concept

·   Scriptwriting

·   Project Management

· Video, Digital Photography & Graphic Design

· Print Services

 

It was 6 weeks from concept to delivery.  The program contained multiple brochures, forms as well as one “Program Launch” video and one “Customer Service Training Tips” video.  All graphic design and print services were provided to Carrier.
